Angela Hubert
10 years experience in continuous training and coaching in Tae Kwon Do, Sparring and Self Defense. Currently teaching group and individual Kick Boxing at several locations. "Health and Fitness has always been an important part of my life, in which I share with my family and friends. I enjoy encouraging clients to make positive changes in their lives, to be the best they can be and to achieve their own fitness goals one step at a time." Angela also has over 10 years exerience in running road races and marathons.
Qualifications: AFAA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Certified, Black Belt in Kick Boxing, 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and CPR Certified
 
Anthony Manzella
Anthony has over 6 years of personal training experience. He has trained a wide variety of clients including high school, college, & professional athletes, young and older adults and special needs children. He has experience in health club, athletic performance and rehabilitation settings. He uses a holistic and athletic approach to training. He develops every program around each clients specific needs & goals. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from UMDNJ.
Qualifications: NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, AFFA Personal Trainer, & BS in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University.
 
Billy McHugh
Bill is an exercise specialist with over 20 years of comprehensive work in fitness management and exercise presciption within the health and fitness industry. Bill is the Owner and President of Fitness Consulting, Inc. a health and fitness management and consulting company that specializes in facility design, management and wellness coaching for corporations, hospitals,organizations, and indivduals.

He has designed and equipped 7 fitness centers including the Morristown Memorial Hospital Fitness Center where he designed, built and managed all areas of facility operations from 1997 to 2006. Bill was the former Owner of Fitness Unlimited Training Center, where he managed 30 employees and serviced over 1000 clients.

Bill holds a Masters Degree in Fitness Management, an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Business, a National Certification in Personal Training, has had 20 years of advanced coursework and continuing education workshops and was an adjunct Professor at County College of Morris. An engaging motivationl speaker, Bill has provided health and fitness seminars to corporations, hospitals, and schools and has been a guest speaker on T.V. and Radio shows. Bill has extensive experience with personal training working with a variety of populations from terminally ill to world class athletes.

Additional strengths include; experienced event planner and coordinator, high energy effective communicator,creative thinker and motivating employees and clients for goal achievement. An All-American Athlete, Bill was inducted in his College Hall of Fame for Wrestling. Bill enjoys coaching his children in soccer and wrestling and is active in running, mountain biking,kayaking, and adventure racing.

Farrel Brennen
Farrel's mission as a personal trainer is to help each client transform his general fitness
& lifestyle objectives into specific, measurable & attainable goals. Farrel is a Nationally Certified (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA)
personal trainer whose clients include lawyers, mothers, athletes, & everyday people. Farrel
works with each client on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long term results through challenging & constantly varied workouts.

During his years in college, Farrel found his passion in the fitness & wellness industry.
Intially, his passion was an individual hobby that brought him many rewards physically as well
as mentally. Understanding how well he personally benefited, Farrel decided to give back those rewards experienced from a healthy lifestyle. As a result, Farrel began working with Special Olympics kids.

Soon after graduating from William Paterson University (Community Health Nutrition, Communications)
Farrel began Personal Training in the in-home market with Fitness
Consulting Inc. and assisted in the Managing of the Morristown Memorial Hospital Fitness Center. Some of Farrel's interests include weightlifting, competitive boxing, &
mastering his cooking techniques. Farrel will just open the door for you; you'll be the one walking through.

Jessica Szladek
Jessica is a graduate from Montclair State University with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science. Her passion for nutrition and nutrition education has led her to begin nutrition counseling in order to help others reach their goals. She plans on going to graduate school for acupuncture this coming fall in order to use nutrition and acupuncture together.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics from Montclair State University.

Matthew Locascio
Matthew is a certified personal trainer with over 3 plus years experience in the field. Matthew overcame childhood obesity losing over 100 pounds at one point in his life and wants to help others gain the knowledge and self confidence to do the same. He has coached a U-14 Boys traveling basketball team for over 5 seasons and has enjoyed great success while helping players both past and present achieve their goals. He also does sport specific training for the township of Allamuchy, New Jersey. As a trainer he has trained people of all ages ranging from pre-teen to the elderly with a wide range of backgrounds from highly competitive athletes to people suffering from disabilities, multiple injuries, and weight issues. Matthew enjoys new challenges and new situations. As a trainer he embraces the experience of working with each individual client to find new and creative ways to conquer their obstacles and reach the results they want to see.

Michelle Wood
Michelle has been practicing as a certified massage therapist for 10 years. She has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds on an individual basis in achieving their goals, whether that be stress reduction, pain management or simply bringing awareness to oneself. As we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves, massage can be a wonderful addition in maintaining that state of balance. In addition to relieving stress, massage improves blood circulation throughout the body, provides relaxation of the muscles, improves flexibility and range of motion as well as strengthening the immune system. Michelle's goal in working with you is to create a sacred space where healing of the mind, body and spirit can take place.

She practices a number of different healing methods including Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue manipulation, Prenatal/Postpartum massage, Trigger Point therapy, Reflexology and Hot Stone treatments. She is certified in CPR and is currently studying for her nursing degree at County College of Morris. Michelle is married and has 2 beautiful children.

Nancy Garcia
Nancy intergrates her past as an Aerobic Instructor of weight training, ball training, Yoga and Pilates to design a tailored program just for you.
Nancy's other experiences, including living overseas in Hong Kong and New Zealand, unfolded her knowledge base in trends outside the U.S. She attended workshops with fitness gurus such as Lou Barrie and Paul Chek. While in Hong Kong she studied with physical therapists and attained a certification in Positional Release Therapy. She studied Yoga with a renown Yoga Master and accomplished a rigorous Yoga Certification program.


Nancy is married with 2 beautiful children.
She has experienced exercise during pregnacy first hand. She's also an avid tennis player and uniquely combines various exercise regimes that enhance anyone's tennis game. She loves to share her experiences to help her clients reach their goals.

Nicole Matia
Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR & AED Certified, APEX Nutrition Certified. Member of The American College of Sports Medicine's Teachers Alliance. Nicole specializes in Sports & Fitness Training, Functional Training, Injury Treatment & Prevention, & Weight Management & Nutrition. Nicole feels as a Personal Trainer, her job is to provide her clients with all of the tools they need in order to achieve their personal goals. Her love for fitness & dedication to helping others, provide her with a true passion for Personal Training. Nicole believes that the first step to reaching goals, is to define exactly what they are and then set a plan to achieve them. Nicole feels that with the combination of correct exercise planning, and nutritional guidance, anyone can achieve what they set their mind to!

Patti Panasik
Certifications: ACE, World Instructor Training School, & CPR.
She has taken continuious courses in Group Strength Training, ACE's Guide to Exercise & Weight Control, Stability Ball Training, & Water Aerobics. Patti has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2001. She enjoys running & weight training.
Patti has been working with FCI since 2003 and has always provided excellent personal training and all round wellness services to her clients. Patti's personable and enthusiastic approach combined with a postive attitude and results orientated training has resulted in her retaining most all of her clients over the years.

Patti goes the extra mile for her clients; weather it's listening to your needs and providng the appropriate educational handout, flexing her schedule to accomodate yours to get a training session in, or bring you a get well card, she's there for you 100%

Sherry Stoner
Her Interests & Hobbies include: strength training,jogging, camping, & hiking. She has 2 active children that enjoy travel sports. She enjoys nutritional gourmet cooking and reading books on Healthy Lifestyles and Weight Management. She applies this knowledge in educating and assisting her clients reach their goals.

Stephanie Murphy
An athlete herself, fitness and wellness are an integral part of Stephanie's life. She takes her experiences of running marathons and completing triathlons to the highest level, by transferring her training knowledge to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. Stephanie has experience working with people from all walks of life; from athletes training for elite triathlons to those looking to improve their personal level of fitness and body composition.
Stephanie is a patient and caring trainer who enjoys working closely with her clients to set realistic fitness goals and to help them reach those goals. She believes that by making fitness fun, clients are able to make a life-long commitment to getting fit and staying fit.
Qualifications: Stephanie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Mad Dogg Certified Spin Instructor and is CPR/AED Certified.
 
Stephen Senichka
Stephen attended West Virginia University where he earned a BS degree in Exercise Physiology, with a concentration in health professions (pre-med curriculum). He interned as a member of the Strength & Conditioning Coaching Staff at WVU and also provided personal training to University employees. He was a summer camp counselor for nine years, where he received the Above & Beyond Recognition Award.
Qualifications: BS in Exercise Physiology, NSCA Personal Trainer, ACE Personal Trainer, CPR & First Aid Certification.
 
Tim Sabol
I have been providing safe, effective Personal Training for over 15 years,and have enjoyed working with a variety of clients from competitive athletes to post-rehab. to mature adults. I have a strong background in sports having played competitive baseball, football and track, but have also trained skiers, tennis players and a variety of other sports conditioning. I enjoy running and have run in a couple of Marathons including San Diego and Italy. I like to get results so I expect a lot from my clients but also give 100%.

Vicki has experience with small studios, large health clubs and corporate fitness. When Vicki is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and son reading, running and having fun!
